Rural Medical Services, Inc. (RMS) is a Community Health Center serving the people of Cocke and Jefferson Counties, Tennessee and surrounding areas. RMS has six primary care clinics which are conveniently located in Newport, Cosby, Parrottsville, Grassy Fork, Jefferson City and Chestnut Hill.
