The Chestnut Hill Center, part of Rural Medical Services, offers high-quality, comprehensive primary care to individuals and families in the Dandridge area. Services include family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, behavioral health, immunizations, and chronic disease management. The clinic also provides diabetes education and preventive health support tailored to each patient’s needs.

Beyond clinical care, the center supports patients with care coordination, case management, and insurance enrollment assistance. Bilingual staff help ensure effective communication with all patients. Located at 3222 Chestnut Hill School Road, the clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is staffed by Callie Pittard, DO; Jessica Duncan, FNP-BC; and Maureen Carroll Smith, PsyD.
